Replacement hard drive for the 1066-in-1/1069-in-1 Games Family JAMMA Multigame System. Replaces original drive if failed or keep as a spare in the event your 1066-in-1/1069-in-1 fails. The drive is completely loaded with all original factory software for the 1069-in-1 Game Family unit, plus an additional 139 games and other enhancements!  Simply replace the old drive defective drive and play!

This hard drive is an upgrade from the original 1066-in-1/1069-in-1 hard drive. To upgrade a 1066-in-1/1069-in1 Games Family system to the latest XXXX-in-1 Games Family Special Edition System, simply remove the existing hard drive and install the new drive ... or use the built in recovery method to have your 1066-in-1 system upgrade itself to the XXXX-in-1 version.

Additionally, many of the 'vertical' display games have been corrected for proper display! For instance previously Super Pac-Man appeared stretched out on the monitor; now Super Pac-Man will appear in the correct width (with black bars on the sides).

SE Versions 1.1 Fixes and Updates (May 20th, 2008):
 * Trackball support for all PS/2 and USB trackball types will now work with system.
 * More vertical displaying games corrected to proper (non-stretched) appearance: Donkey Kong series, Crazy Kong Series, Pac-Man, and Gorf
 * Sound issues fixed in the following games: Donkey Kong, Donkey Kong Jr., Zaxxon, Galaga, Space Invaders, Mario, Congo Bongo, Q-Bert, and Gorf

SE Versions 1.2 Fixes and Updates (July 5th, 2008):
  * Software controlled shutdown now included. The present shutdown method of the 1069-in-1 unit is not very good and puts your hard drive at a higher risk of corrupting. This new shutdown feature will safely shutdown the hard drive (closing any open files and parking the head) then power down the motherboard. Simply shut off your cabinet power switch and you're done.
 * The system will now save game top high score and high scores with initials on any game that is capable of this (majority of games will save scores).

SE Versions 1.3 Fixes and Updates (August 13th, 2008):
  * Overall basic performance increase with the 1069-in-1 unit running with the default 1.7 Celeron processor (CPU) installed. For instance NARC and NBA JAM TE are now fully playable were as previously the game play was too choppy and poor.
